As a Senior Executive specializing in Service Billing within our dynamic EdTech firm, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients while maintaining efficient billing processes. Your responsibilities will encompass managing customer service inquiries, resolving billing discrepancies, and optimizing billing procedures to enhance customer satisfaction, retention and escalations.
Billing Management:
Manage all aspects of billing and invoicing for schools accurately and efficiently.
Generate invoices, track payments, and reconcile accounts receivable to ensure timely collection
of dues.
Address billing-related inquiries from schools and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Escalation Management:
Serve as the escalation point of contact for schools, addressing their escalated issues and concerns with urgency and professionalism.
Maintain open lines of communication with the school partners, providing regular updates on the status of escalated issues and resolutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with school administrators and stakeholders, earning their trust and confidence.
Maintain detailed records of escalated issues, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
Generate regular reports on key billing metrics, including revenue, collections, and aging analysis, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Proven experience in customer service, billing, or account management roles with the focus on
handling escalations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Proficiency in billing software and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
quickly.
