Associate - Sales (0-3 yrs)

Job profile:

1. Identify walk-in customers at store and convert as painting business

2. At home consultation, Product/Shade selection support and quotation sharing

3. Coordinate with the painting contractor and give work schedule

4. Ensure prompt payment collection from the customers as per defined payment terms

5. Every day they need to visiting construction building near by the location.

6. Every day They need to travel around 20Km based on the customer requirements.

7. During local activities to generating the lead.

8. Field work.

9. Bike mandatory

10. Target based sales job

- Gross Salary : 26,370/- Gross salary + allowances + Incentives (Metro city)

- Salary Structure - 22,247/-Gross salary + allowances & incentives (Non Metro)

Candidate requirements:

1. Preferred Any bachelor degree

2. Age should be less than 26 yrs.

3. Throughout education (10th, 12th, UG & PG) candidate marks should be 50 % and above

4. Candidate shouldn't have any backlogs now. Backlogs if any, should have already been cleared within course duration

5. Should not have any year gap in their education till now and must be fluent in Tamil and English

6. We want only male candidates.
