We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5+ years of outbound sales experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, team management, and utilizing sales automation tools to expand business opportunities in international markets.

Must-Have Skills:
✔ 5+ years of outbound sales experience in the IT industry.
✔ Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CallHippo, and similar tools.
✔ Strong written & spoken English for effective communication.
✔ Proven track record in lead generation, sales, and revenue growth.
✔ Team management experience with a history of leading high-performance sales teams.
✔ Hands-on experience in startup setup and business scaling.
Preferred Skills:
➕ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
➕ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
➕ Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
