Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Caller to join our medical billing company. The Accounts Receivable Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, tracking payments, and following up with clients to ensure timely payment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and claims
• Identify and resolve any payment issues
• Maintain accurate records of all payment activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve payment issues
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
• Assist with other billing and collections-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in the medical billing industry
• Freshers can also apply with fluent English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes
• Familiarity with medical billing software, such as Epic, Cerner or NextGen
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.

5 days working ( Saturday-Sunday off)
