Business Development Executive

Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The BDE/BDM will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Qualify leads to determine their suitability and interest in our products and services.
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.
• Maintain a database of leads and client interactions for future reference.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales or pre-sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree with sales skills
• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, counseling, BDM, B2B, B2C, inside/in-house sales, BPO, KPO, or RPO.
