As an App Store Manager / Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our mobile applications

You will oversee the entire app store ecosystem, ensuring adherence to best practices, fostering a collaborative community, and facilitating smooth integrations during product acquisitions

Responsibilities:

App Store Management:

Own and manage the company's app store accounts across various platforms (Apple store / Android play store etc)

Assist business units in creating and maintaining their app store accounts

Develop and maintain comprehensive app store guidelines and standards

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with best practices

Community Building and Knowledge Sharing:

Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among app store teams

Organize regular meetings, workshops, and training sessions

Product Acquisition Integration:

Collaborate with business units to understand their app store strategies and requirements

Develop integration plans for acquired app stores

App Store Optimization (ASO):

Provide ASO support and guidance to product teams

Optimize app store presence and performance

Technical Requirements:

App Store Optimization (ASO):

Proficiency in ASO tools and techniques

Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics tools

Data Analysis:

Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation

Ability to generate insights from app performance data to drive improvements

Provide reports on app usage to business stakeholders

Technical Project Management:

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello)

Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices

Ability to coordinate with development teams for timely delivery of updates and features

Additional Skills:

Mobile App Development:

Familiarity with iOS and Android development platforms

Security and Compliance:

Understanding of app security best practices and compliance requirements

User Experience (UX) Design:

Basic knowledge of UX principles and their application to mobile app design

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science/information science, or equivalent

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and business stakeholders
