Job Description
Must have skillset:
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience in native or hybrid mobile applications development using any of the following technologies.
- Objective C, Swift/Swift UI for iOS.
- Java, Kotlin for android.
- Flutter, Xamarin framework.
- Oversee code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into projects as appropriate.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent within the technical team.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated and productive.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Manage team schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity and project delivery.
- You are the ideal candidate if you: 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
- Proficiency in executing projects involving any of the following Objective C, Swift, Swift UI, Flutter, Xamarin, Jetpack Compose, MAUI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with various architecture and deployment patterns.
- Exposure of deploying products on Azure cloud.
