Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and backend developers to gather requirements and define specifications for mobile applications.
- Architect, design, and develop mobile applications using hybrid frameworks (such as React Native), Xamarin, and native technologies (such as Swift, Kotlin).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, working closely with the QA team.
- Optimize mobile applications for performance, usability, and reliability across different platforms (iOS and Android).
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development and recommend improvements to the development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute mobile app releases, including beta testing and deployment to app stores.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in mobile application development for hybrid, Xamarin, and native platforms.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid frameworks (e.g., React Native), Xamarin, and native technologies (e.g., Swift, Kotlin).
- Proficiency in C#, Java, or Objective-C, depending on the platform.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and APIs is beneficial.
