Accounts Executive (Payments Entry, Excel & Tally)

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day financial tasks, maintain records, and assist with HR-related duties. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Tally, Excel, and general accounting practices.

It's a work-in-office role. 2nd and 5th Saturdays are off. All Sundays are off too.

Role & responsibilities

• Update TDS receipts (26AS), and process payments for subscriptions, advertisements, and circulations in ERP systems and Tally.
• Handle bank, sales, and purchase bills, including credit and debit notes, and record Paytm, cash, and credit card expenses in Tally.
• Manage reimbursements for staff and management.
• Process utility bills and ensure autopay systems work smoothly.
• Support HR tasks such as letters, dues, and exit formalities.
• Maintain filing systems for accounts and HR.
• Work on foreign exchange calculations.
• Record EFY/OSFY honorarium and update related sheets.

Preferred candidate profile

* Passed 12th. Ideally finished graduation too.

• Knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good attendance
• Stays close to Okhla Phase 1 (within 30 mins of travel time)
