We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales personal to join our team in the Mechanical Service industry. As a sales person you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our product portfolio.
Product Knowledge:
Identify and target potential clients where EFCO services/products are Applicable.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and customer leads.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company s product portfolio/offering.
Provide expert knowledge to clients on product specifications and benefits.
Qualifications:
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on project requirements.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the sales process.
Collaborate with the technical team to offer custom solutions when needed.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Clearly communicate the value proposition and advantages of company s product portfolio/offering
Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure sales agreements.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including client interactions, quotations, and sales progress.
Provide regular sales reports to management when you are on a sales visit.
Regularly updating and submiting your Sales Revenue Targets, Achievements, projections on a monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis.
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience of 1 2 year in Industrial sales, preferably in the Service and Manufacturing in Mechanical industries.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Need to be fit to travel all over India.
Travel at least 15 days in every month is mandatory.
