Field Marketing Specialist - Industrial Safety Equipment's

Job Overview:

As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our training services and personal protective equipment (PPE) products. You will work closely with both Eduforce and Planetsafe to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients in the field of environmental health and industrial safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic marketing plans.

2. Sales and Marketing:

Promote and sell Eduforce's environmental health and industrial safety training programs.

Promote and sell Planetsafe's range of personal protective equipment.

Develop and implement effective field marketing campaigns.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and services.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns promptly.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

4. Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams of both Eduforce and Planetsafe.

Coordinate with the product development team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product improvements.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales transactions.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Additional Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Health, Industrial Safety, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the training and/or PPE's industry.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Other:

Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
