Key Responsibilities :

- Creative Design Execution : Develop visually compelling, on-brand designs for digital platforms, print materials, social media, presentations, and event collaterals.

- Brand Consistency : Maintain consistency in design elements and brand identity across various platforms and campaigns.

- Conceptualization and Innovation : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and create innovative visual concepts that effectively communicate key messages.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the content and video teams to deliver cohesive creative outputs. Provide constructive feedback and be open to collaborative ideation.

- Project Management : Juggle multiple design projects, ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality. Maintain organized records of design files and documentation.

- Adaptability and Flexibility : Quickly adapt to project-specific requirements, staying aligned with brand guidelines and the unique needs of the education sector.

- Print Production Expertise : Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality production of print materials.
