Director - Admissions & Marketing (12-20 yrs)

Marketing and Admission Director needed for an Education Group in Hyderabad.

Immediate Joining.

Role :

- To provide strategic and operational leadership to our schools in India, ensuring they deliver against their student number and revenue growth objectives, and build the brand equity and reputation of the school/brand.

- To build a strong pipeline of new students and facilitate high levels of annual re-enrolment.

- Work with Global and Regional teams.

- Should have experience handling a team

- Should be a go getter and should be able to achieve the targets.

- Make strategies and plans for schools in order to achieve growth targets

- Drive the team in ensuring better results

- Forecasting for the months basis data analysis, competitors, target audience etc

- Support schools in ensuring re-enrollments and new admissions

- Ensuring proper Branding, Communication and Marketing activities.

- The candidate should have 10+ years of experience working with Schools in Marketing / Admission/Communication/Sales etc

- Should have MBA and should have worked with schools.

- Preference to someone who has worked in IB schools.

Job location is based in Hyderabad. Anyone based in Hyderabad or ready to relocate by themselves can apply. (No Relocation charges will be paid)
