Key Responsibilities:
1. Category Strategy: Develop and execute category strategies for SSC, Railways, and UPSC exams , aligning with Testbooks overall business objectives.
2. Content Development: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality study materials, practice questions, and mock tests for SSC, Railways, and UPSC exams.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the SSC, Railways, and UPSC exam preparation market.
4. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors strengths, weaknesses, and strategies to inform Testbooks category strategy.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for SSC, Railways, and UPSC categories, including sales, customer engagement, and content usage.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies.
7. Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge on SSC, Railways, and UPSC exams, including syllabus, patterns, and trends.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelors degree in any field (preferably with a background in education or a related field).
2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in education, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on government exam preparation.
