Job Description: Java domain Quality Assessor 
Learning & Development
Role Overview:
The Quality Assessor is responsible for evaluating learners proficiency in domain-specific skills,
interview readiness, and training quality. This role involves conducting assessments, identifying skill
gaps, providing structured feedback, and ensuring that both learners and trainers meet industry
standards. The Quality Assessor will work closely with trainers and stakeholders to enhance the
effectiveness of learning programs and ensure high-quality content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Learner Assessment & Evaluation:
∙Assess learners' technical knowledge in Core Java (Java 17), Data Structures, MySQL, JDBC, HTML-5,
CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6, TypeScript), Angular, JPA with Hibernate, Spring 6.x, Agile Scrum,
and DevOps—with a strong emphasis on Generative AI applications in each domain.
∙Conduct mock interviews to evaluate learners’ interview readiness, technical proficiency, and
problem-solving approach.
∙Provide structured feedback to learners on their strengths and areas for improvement.
∙Develop and implement standardized assessment rubrics to measure technical competency
and soft skills.
Training Quality & Coaching:
∙Monitor and maintain quality metrics in training sessions to ensure effective content delivery.
∙Coach trainers on improving their instructional techniques, domain knowledge, and
engagement strategies.
∙Conduct live session audits and provide actionable feedback to trainers to enhance learner
experience.
∙Ensure that all training materials align with industry best practices and company quality
standards.
Training & Improvement:
∙Identify common skill gaps and collaborate with trainers to enhance curriculum effectiveness.
∙Design and deliver workshops on interview techniques, communication skills, and industry
best practices.
∙Recommend learning paths and additional resources for learners to improve their technical
and behavioral competencies.


Quality Assurance & Compliance:

∙Ensure that training outcomes align with industry standards and hiring requirements.
∙Conduct periodic audits of learner performance and training effectiveness.
∙Track learners' progress post-assessment and maintain reports on their growth and
readiness for placements.
Work Location Requirement:
∙The Quality Assessor is required to work from the nearest training center every day
(Monday to Friday).
Key Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong knowledge of software development principles and testing frameworks​
✔ Hands-on experience with Java, MySQL, JavaScript frameworks, Agile methodologies, and
DevOps practices​
✔ Excellent communication and analytical skills to assess and mentor learners​
✔ Experience in conducting mock interviews and technical evaluations​
✔ Ability to identify learning gaps and suggest targeted interventions​
✔ Experience with assessment tools, data analysis, and reporting​
✔ Experience in training quality assurance and coaching trainers
Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field​
📌 5+ years of experience in software development, software testing, or technical training​
📌 Prior experience in mentoring, assessing, or conducting interviews is a plus​
📌 Experience in training evaluation and coaching trainers is preferred
