Department: Technical Support Location: Hyderabad, Pune & Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Good understanding of CAD software such as CATIA, Unigraphics, PRO-E, Solidworks etc.

Work with automotive, industrial equipment, or aerospace OEMs/Tier 1 Suppliers

Good knowledge of 3D CAD Software like CATIA, UG, PRO-E. Strong fundamental concepts of CAD/CAM/CAE.

Good clarity expected on core engineering concepts including drawing reading, GD&T, design etc.

Should have product design/ development or tooling domain knowledge from any one of the domains like plastics, sheet metal, seating s, Forging, BIW Fixture design etc.

Effectively communicate EDST solution values: via presentation, demonstrations and technical proof of concepts.

Should be able to leverage your technical expertise to explain, demonstrate, and prove the value of our solutions to our clients in support of our revenue objectives.

Provide high quality customer services including technical pre- and post-sales support, consulting services, and training on EDST portfolio.

B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Competencies required:

Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English.

Installation of software procured by customers, solving technical issues and troubleshooting skills.

Team player with good Interpersonal skills.

Good training delivery skills (Online and Onsite).

Highly self-motivated and Focused.

Customer relationship building skills and ready to perform in customer pressure.

Ready to travel, prepared to occasionally work out of working hours.
