We are seeking a Business Developmen Executive who will be responsible for driving sales efforts for EXPAND smERP.
This role is crucial in contributing to the company's growth by effectively promoting business automation solutions, generating leads, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate must have a passion for technology and business automation, with the ability to articulate the value of our ERP solutions to potential clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn and master the functionalities of EXPAND smERP.
Manage and maintain a strong sales funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of quality leads.
Generate and nurture cold leads, through personal networking efforts.
Attend and participate in exhibitions for lead generation purposes.
Conduct thorough customer profiling, utilize SPIN questioning techniques, and deliver effective product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, engage in negotiations, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
Engage with trade associations, giving presentations at conferences and on stage.
Maintain an annual exhibition calendar to ensure consistent participation.
Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to superiors or the head of the department.
Participate in training and team-building activities as suggested by superiors.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Software Sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of ERP software for Operations Management.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for business automation and technology.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively within a team.
