It Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates for various IT roles.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and assist in interview logistics.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the recruitment team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the IT industry and recruiting for technical roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or experience in recruiting or HR is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is a plus.
