Designation- Telecaller executive

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information about our products/services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
• Answer inbound calls from potential customers and provide relevant information about our offerings.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions or alternatives that meet their requirements.
• Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to accurately respond to customer inquiries.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer engagement.
• Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls to maintain customer interest.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or in a similar customer service/sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
