Benefits Administration: - Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. - Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and issue resolution. HRIS Management: - Manage the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports for analysis. - Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues.
