Job Title: Business Development Manager (International Partnerships)
Location: Based in India (with frequent international travel to Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia)
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The
BDM will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing partnerships with medical facilitators, health
consultants, and other stakeholders across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. These partnerships will focus
on driving medical tourism by directing patients to India for advanced treatments. The ideal candidate will be a
strong communicator, highly experienced in sales and business development, and possess a deep understanding
of healthcare services, especially in the medical tourism space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Market Expansion:
o Identify and research potential partners (hospitals, health consultants, medical tourism agencies,
insurance companies, etc.) across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
o Establish and nurture strong business relationships with stakeholders in the target regions to
create new business opportunities.
2. Partnership Development:
o Negotiate and finalize partnerships with international partners, ensuring mutually beneficial
terms and long-term cooperation.
o Provide training, support, and educational materials to international partners to help them
effectively promote Indian medical services to potential patients.
o Develop and maintain a robust network of medical professionals, healthcare providers, and other
relevant stakeholders.
3. Business Growth & Patient Acquisition:
o Collaborate with international partners to drive patient referrals to India, ensuring a consistent
pipeline of patients for treatment.
o Identify key markets for medical tourism and customize partnership strategies for each region.
o Set up agreements for the smooth referral process for patients, from initial consultations to post-
treatment follow-up.
4. Travel & On-Site Engagement:
o Plan and execute regular travel schedules to the target regions to meet with potential and existing
partners.
o Organize seminars, medical camps, and meetings to promote Indias medical services and build
awareness about treatment options available.

o Work closely with marketing, medical, and administrative teams in India to ensure smooth
onboarding and treatment processes for international patients.
o Ensure clear communication with medical teams in India to meet international patient
expectations in terms of quality of care, treatment costs, and facilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields. Masters
degree preferred. • Experience:
o Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management,
preferably in the healthcare or medical tourism sector.
o Proven track record of developing partnerships and driving business growth in international
markets.
o Experience in dealing with healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and patients from
diverse regions such as Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. • Skills:
o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and travel internationally as required.
o Strong understanding of healthcare systems and medical tourism trends.
o Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
o Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Travel Requirements:
o Extensive travel to international markets (Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East) for business
development, partnership meetings, and promotional events.
