- Experience of at least 2-18 Years

- Excellent Technical skills on C / C++/ Database and able to guide team on programming

- Well-versed in design and should be able to handle design and design reviews

- Capable of external and internal stakeholder communication

- Excellent analytical and logical abilities

- Hands on development experience using C/C++

- Should have strong skills in software design and development evidenced by strong grasp of complex data structures,Algorithms, design patterns, etc.

- Develops high quality codes, provides inputs to technical documentation, tracks

- Should be able to understand the architectural

- Should have good experience on Unix / Linux
