The Job :
We are seeking to identify a Delivery Head with 20+yrs of experience in successfully & profitability managing multiple customer projects for Application Development & Support of Digital Solutions in the BFSI space. Should have Understanding of technical/product architectures with Iterative and Agile Methodologies. Some of the competencies are:
- Managing multiple Development & Support Projects through large teams.
- Proactively identify risks, stay engaged during the lifecycle with the delivery team to prevent any issues and help the team to recover quickly when in an issue.
- Identifying process gaps & innovation/automation opportunities and facilitating improvement projects which can result in significant improvements that can impact client satisfaction
- Interfacing with leadership/clients and identifying key issues and opportunities for value add
- Provide oversight to multiple accounts/projects across various types and be on top of risks across
- Have handled multiple accounts and multiple projects concurrently across Dev
- Release Management and Source Code and Version Management
- Engaging with the client for project planning and required Sign Offs
Requirements Gathering and Preparing Business Requirements Document
- Creating Functional Specifications Documents
Your Profile :
An ideal candidate will be a BE/B.Tech graduate from a reputed Institute with minimum of 15+ years of work experience Managing multiple concurrent projects with at least 7+years of experience in a Delivery Lead/Manager capacity in Banking domain
- Exposure to client interaction
- PMP PMI Certified
- Must have worked with an Indian client
- Identifying and Managing Change Requests
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Ensures risk identification and mitigation
- Ensures delivery quality
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
- Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills
