Technical Engineer

Job Description.

Responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals

• Planning, scheduling, cost control and monitoring the construction activities at site for the completion of the projects in time schedule.
• Checking and certifying of bills of different contracting agencies involved in the projects.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Monitor and review the construction progress to meet overall Project schedule.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Project Schedules and forecasts must be exp. in Row Houses.

• Qualification B.E./B-Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 10-15 years' experience in the same field and Execution.
