FPNA Analyst

1. Month end activities

a. Provisioning of the monthly costs in the financials post validation

b. Raise PO foreclosure requests where the Pos are no longer required.

c. Analyze MoM costs and provide reasons for variances

d. Perform transfer pricing activity to allocate costs to correct cost centers

2. MIS

a. Prepare meaningful MIS for various stakeholders

b. Resolve variance queries Auditors, Entity owners, Business

c. Cost-Budget management Managing the costs within the budgets and preparing monthly Dashboard for Technology Head showing the utilization against the budget.

3. Manpower PO and Invoice processing

a. Vendor management – Onboarding vendors and manage vendor communications

b. Asset Management – Follow up and get relevant accesses for new joinee along with their asset.

c. Extensions and Exits – Manage resource extensions and exits through empower.

d. Leave tracking – Keep an account of headcount leaves for salary calculation.

e. Invoice – Providing approval for manpower invoices and follow-up with vendor for timely invoice submission

4. Governance

a. Ensure all Pos have vendor quotations, NDA and MSA

b. Maintain a repository of Digital assets up to date

c. All PO’ made by the 10th of the current month.

Role requirement :

1. Strong Accounting knowledge and analytical skills

2. Working Excel knowledge

3. Power Point working knowledge

4. Power BI preferred
