Mechanical Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION - Design Engineer

• Design new engineering products
• Prepare 3d models and manufacturing drawings of products using Inventor/SolidWorks/Solid Edge software
• Making modifications to existing designs or products, to improve their performance or to integrate new technology.
• Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
• Find creative design solutions to problems
• Ability to do design calculations and knowledge of materials.

Requirement:

• Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge in limit, fits, tolerances, and welding symbols.
• Proven hands-on experience using CAD software like Inventor/SolidWorks/Solid Edge/Creo etc.
• Knowledge in ANSYS or any analysis software is a plus
• Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Attention to detail
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Software Knowledge :

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks
• Knowledge in ANSYS, STAAD and other analysis software shall be an added advantage.
