Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Executive- Agronomy for Inera. In this role you will:

• Providing customers with information on products, services & offers
• Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
• Identifying customer needs
• Taking customer calls and solving queries
• Keep record of the customers, their complaints and comments as well as action taken care of.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
• At least two years of experience in calling.
• Ability to sit at a desk and/or computer terminal to perform writing and/or keying/typing information for protracted periods of time
• Ability to respond professionally to common inquiries or complaints from sales staff and other employees, customers, regulatory agencies, suppliers, etc.
• Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment.
• A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a "better" place.
