Junior Designer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, technical proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drafting, and a willingness to actively participate in site visits to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling & Visualization:
• Create quality 3D designs and renderings using SketchUp (SKP).
• Work on conceptual designs and provide visual presentations for clients.
• 2D Drafting:
• Develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD for design layouts, furniture plans, and technical documentation.
• Assist in preparing working drawings and BOQ.
• Site Visits:
• Conduct site visits to measure, evaluate, and ensure design feasibility.
• Supervise ongoing work to align with design intent and quality standards.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with senior designers, vendors, and contractors to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Adapt to feedback and ensure deliverables meet timelines and project requirements.
• Project Research & Material Sourcing:
• Assist in researching design trends, materials, and finishes.
• Participate in material selection and sourcing for various projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) is a must.
• A diploma/degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layouts, and color theory.
• Attention to detail and ability to create precise technical drawings.
• Willingness to visit project sites and interact with clients/vendors.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
