Junior Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, VRAY, Adobe Illustrator
• Develop detailed designs for construction projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Conduct site visits to gather information about existing structures and conditions.
• Assisting in the design and development of projects, as well as providing support to the senior architects.

Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience of 1-5 years in architectural design and development
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations such as UDCPR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion, V-ray, Twinmotion, enscape.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Preparation of BOQ and Presentations.
