What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day):

- Create LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, and short press releases that showcase what we're up to-whether it's a new product, a company milestone, or a founder's idea

- Write about the people, teams, and milestones that make the product HoduSoft what it is.

- Chat with folks across the company, grab the best insights, and turn them into content that's easy to read and fun to follow.

Who You Are (The Ideal Fit):

- Having minimum experience of 2-3+ years (Please do not apply if you are a fresher)

- Your writing has helped grow followers, boost engagement, or increase clicks and opens-basically, your words work

- You understand what people in the B2B space want to read (and what they don't)

- You're great at simplifying complex stuff and making it sound like a conversation, not a lecture

- You know how to make LinkedIn posts stand out (and maybe even go a little viral)

- You love working with others and can turn ideas into content that speaks to people

- You've worked closely with graphic teams to express your content visually.

Qualification & Must-Have Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Management, or a related field

- A knack for crafting content strategies that actually work

- Editing skills so sharp, they could cut through clutter

- Detective-level research skills to dig up the best ideas and insights

- A juggler when it comes to time and tasks-deadlines don't scare you!
