Sales Field Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers
• Be responsible for sales from a given territory.
• Be responsible to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Payment related follow-up, customer evaluation and customer segregation according to relevant field.
• Listening to customer requirements and present appropriate response to make a sale.
• Identify new potential customers for the Business Development.
• Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Handling customer queries for their satisfaction and for creating new business avenues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be involved into B2B & B2C sales
• Competency in English Plus local language
• Knowledge of MS Office, MIS reports, CRM.
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Fast learner, quick thinker & decision making skills.
• Passionate about sales.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
