Overview:

We are looking for a Career Counselor specializing in Commerce to join our team. This role involves guiding students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. You'll also manage student performance tracking, provide feedback, and handle CRM duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Student Guidance:

- Help students understand their options within the Commerce field based on their subjects and interests.

- Conduct counseling sessions to address academic concerns.

- Organize workshops on career planning and higher education choices.

2. Operational Management:

- Track student performance and provide timely feedback.

- Collaborate with teachers to support student progress.

- Ensure compliance with institute policies for student management.

3. CRM Management:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM software.

- Build relationships with students and parents.

- Respond to inquiries about academic programs and career paths.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Education, Counseling, or related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in academics/entrance exam/CUET/CLAT/CAT/IP-MAT etc. counseling.

- Strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
