Job Description: Counsellor at Study Smart

We are the official representatives of over 300 prestigious universities in the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Germany, the US, Singapore, and Malaysia. With our head office in Pune and branches in Delhi, Surat, Thane, and Gurgaon, we also offer post-departure support through our student support
offices in London and Auckland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Enrolment: Engage with students who have inquired about our English language
courses, including IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL training, for both online and offline formats,
facilitating their enrolment process.
2. Counselling: Provide personalized face-to-face and telephonic counseling to students seeking
higher education and admission to universities in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Singapore,
Malaysia, New Zealand, and Canada.
3. Database Management: Maintain and update the student database, ensuring consistent
follow-up on potential leads to maximize conversions.
Qualifications:
1. Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is preferred.
2. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Any previous experience in sales or marketing
will be considered an advantage.
