Job Title: Assistance Manager- Finance & Account (accounts Payable) (Head Office)

Department: Finance & Accounts

Job Summary: Person will manage All third-party service provider invoices processing as per agreements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure accounting and payments are done before deadline for Pan India.eg. TSP/Handling/Managed DC.
• Follow up with respective stakeholders for advances.
• Keep all the records/agreements up to date.
• Ensure to receive NDC from all Third-party vendors on quarterly basis and share whenever required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word or related software.
• Should be good in accounting.

Education and Experience:

• Commerce Graduate
• Added advantage if experience from similar industry but not mandatory.
