IT Operations Analyst

Required skill set includes RS MDM / IDMC/Snowflake , Strong DB skills and Real Time Processing knowledge
IT Operations Analyst Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems, with a focus on RS MDM, IDMC, Snowflake, and related technologies.
Ensure optimal performance and uptime of databases and data integration systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Work closely with development and data teams to implement and maintain real-time processing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize database performance and implement best practices for data management.
Perform data quality checks, and resolve issues related to data integrity, data availability, and processing.
Support data migration activities, particularly involving Snowflake and other cloud-based data platforms.
Design, deploy, and maintain operational processes and automation to improve system efficiency and scalability.
Provide on-call support for real-time data processing issues and ensure timely resolution.
Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and operational workflows for team reference and knowledge sharing.
