Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes, including purchase requisition creation, vendor selection, and contract management.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery terms, and quality standards.
  
• Oversee inventory control systems to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies on sustainability, ethics, and environmental responsibility in purchasing decisions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (hotels & restaurants).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (BHM) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems; experience with Supply Chain Management software an asset.
