Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for optimizing revenue and maximizing profitability across all properties. Have to play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, setting pricing strategies, and managing inventory to ensure that Eco Hotels & Resorts Limited is maximizing its revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Management Strategy:
• Develops and implements revenue management strategies that align with the hotel chain's overall business objectives.
• Analyzes market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
• Sets pricing strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining market share.
2. Inventory Management:
• Manages the hotel chain's inventory, including room rates, packages, and promotions.
• Optimizes room allocation to balance demand and maximize revenue.
• Uses forecasting tools to predict future demand and adjust pricing accordingly.
3. Pricing Optimization:
• Sets and adjusts room rates based on factors such as demand, seasonality, and competitive pricing.
• Uses pricing optimization tools to identify the optimal rate for each room type.
• Ensures that pricing strategies are aligned with the hotel chain's brand positioning and target market.
4. Channel Management:
• Manages the hotel chain's distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDSs), and direct bookings.
• Optimizes channel mix to maximize revenue and minimize distribution costs.
• Negotiates contracts with distribution partners to secure favorable terms.
5. Performance Analysis:
• Tracks and analyzes the performance of individual hotels and the chain as a whole.
• Identifies areas for improvement and implements corrective actions.
• Provides regular reports to senior management on revenue performance.
6. Technology Implementation:
• Stays up-to-date on the latest revenue management technologies and tools.
• Selects and implements appropriate technology solutions to support revenue management efforts.
• Trains staff on the use of revenue management systems.
7. Website Management:
• Website Management for revenue and investor
• Uploading trends and latest hotels
• Uploading listing and letters for investor websit

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Management or a related field within the hospitality industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (BHM) or equivalent qualification preferred; knowledge of BHMCT an added advantage.
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights from various sources (e.g., PMS systems).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including operations, sales & marketing.
