2. Determination and classification of cost determination and fixing Break Even cost for a hotel and at Corporate level
3. Preparation of investor relation presentation knowledge of details to be shared with investors and cant be shared under the law
4. Capital market analysis review and comparison with peer industry, various benchmarks like Beta, Alfa, PE, EPS, EV, MPS, review of lifetime story of successful Indian or foreign Hotel company, etc.
5. Business valuation – understanding of hotel, restaurant, allied service business and valuation of peers and target companies based on industry parameters
6. Automation of Finance function
7. Review of Internal Auditor work.
