Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager for our Revenue Cycle department. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of our healthcare operations, ensuring accurate billing, efficient claims processing, and successful payment collection. Additionally, this role will serve as the main liaison between our organization and the clients, fostering strong relationships and effective communication


Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with Practice (Client), serving as the main point of contact for their revenue cycle needs. - Proactively address inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement. - Collaborate with Practice (Client) to understand their unique requirements and work with standard operating procedures of revenue cycle.
  • Revenue Cycle Oversight: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing the end-toend revenue cycle process. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing, claims processing, and payment collection. - Monitor key performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve clients financial health.
  • Communication and Update: - Provide regular updates to Practice (Client) regarding the status of their accounts, keeping them informed about financial matters and addressing any concerns promptly. - Deliver clear and concise explanations of complex billing and revenue cycle processes, ensuring Practice (Client) have a comprehensive understanding.
  • Process Enhancement and Compliance: Continuously assess the revenue cycle process, identifying areas for enhancement and streamlining. - Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and adaptability. - Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue cycle performance
