Financial Controller - Associate - Bangalore - Work from office

This role involves collaborating with various team to resolve discrepancies and demands a foundation in accounting practice, including the ability to manage manual journal adjustment.

This is an exciting position for candidate who wish to join and grow with the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts daily including Nostro, Suspense and other operating accounts in various currencies.

• Monitoring and reporting ageing transactions to business owners, whilst supporting the resolution of reconciliation breaks with colleagues across the Bank, in a timely manner.

• Handling queries through various channels including emails, Microsoft teams, calls and meetings.

• Working with data and transforming it into meaningful information for business owners

• Utilize accounting knowledge to manage manual journal adjustment efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and good knowledge of Excel.

• Experience between 5 10 years

• Fluent in English, proficient in MS Excel. Knowledge in Matisse, Flexcube, Kalypso would be an added advantage.

• Able to work SG shift. ( Morning 7 am to 4 pm ) also it will be work from Office.
