Position: International Voice Process

Location: IT Park, Chandigarh / Mohali

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site

Shift: US Shift Timings (5 Days/Week, Rotational Week Offs)

Shift Duration: 9 hours/day (including a 1-hour break)

Who Should Apply:

We are seeking motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

Graduates or Diploma Degree Holders (3-Year Diploma)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Willing to work from the office

Flexible to work in Night shifts

Age: 21-24 years old

Recent graduates (Class of 2020 or later)

Note: The age and graduation criteria are designed to encourage early career professionals. However, all applicants who meet the educational qualifications and have the required skills will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: ₹20,100 + Night Shift Allowance (up to ₹3,000)

Benefits:

Cabs available at nominal charges for night shifts

Bus service at nominal charges for day shifts

Free medical insurance coverage of ₹1 lakh (cashless treatment at 50+ hospitals in Tricity)

Location Preference:

Candidates from Chandigarh or nearby locations are preferred due to the on-site requirement.
