Sales Leader - Staffing Business
Job Description:
- Mindlance is looking for a motivated Sales and Business Development Professional in India who has a passion for sales, new client acquisition, and building client relationships.
- This is a high-end Individual contributor role with a clear focus on hunting new logos and farming existing relationships in the technical staffing space in the Indian market with a specific focus on Global Capability Center's ( GCCs) and Product companies.
- This role is expected to leverage Mindlance' s global presence, MSP success stories, and various service offerings and create a significant India footprint.
- Prior experience in selling through MSPs, working with VMS-based clients, and selling T&M, SOW, and Payrolling services would be highly preferred.
- You will be the main driver of the client relationships and have a variety of staffing solutions to customize for your specific client's needs.
- This is high profile role where you will act as the face of Mindlance as we look to create and expand our presence in the Indian market.
- This role will be responsible for business vertical revenue growth along with the Delivery partner of the India Staffing vertical.
- Along with professional competency, we expect this person to have the drive to succeed, the ability to build long-term client relationships, the ability to design and articulate a proposition for customers, ability to pick up basic concepts in technology and various industry domains.
