Role: Senior Manager - MIS & Audit (Budget Analysis Manager)
Location - Mumbai Airoli (Navi Mumbai)
Working days - 5 Days working - WFO
Shift timing - 11 to 7 PM
Required NP- 30 to 60 days
Job Description:
• Designing effective budget models for Admin department
• Analyzing related financial information to ensure we are well within budget
• Presenting Budget and Budget V/S Actual report to Admin senior management on monthly basis
• Preparing dashboard on various cost head on monthly basis
• Forecast future budget requirement
• Should have knowledge of procurement and taxation (specially under SEZ)
• Analysis on monthly spend and highlight any anomaly on timely basis
• Suggest team various ideas to control the cost.
• Should be able to forecast and prepare cash flows for all current and future leases
• Should be able to produce various cuts of reports to help management to be cost benefit analysis
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
• Data Analysis and Exploration with Statistical Analysis - Analyzing Data helping the organization in uncovering key insights that lead to better informed and successful decision-making.
• Creating Dashboards and Reports with data visualization Some basic competency requirements - Critical Thinking, Attention to detail, Problem Solving, Communication and Team work Transformation of raw data into meaningful statistics, information, and explanations.
• Analyze data sets to find ways to solve problems and communicates this information to management and other stakeholders
• The role will be defined as someone who has the knowledge and skills to turn raw data into information and insight, which can be used to make business decisions.
Job Requirement:
• Should have at least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in excel
• Good communication
• Should be able to draft audit reports.
