▪ Role :- Induction Specialist

▪ Designation - Retainer (Contractual role for 1 Year)

▪ Location:- Chandigarh

▪ Notice Period:- Immediate to 30 Days

▪ Required Exp: - 1+ Years

▪ Timings - 11 am to 8 pm

▪ Work Mode - WFO (5 days)

▪ Travel Facility available

*Please Note - There will be an agreement for an initial 1 year and based on the performance this will get renewed /extended/converted to an On-roll employee*

eClerx Responsibilities Related to Induction

• Manage and facilitate employee orientation program
• Maintain excellent standards in Induction training
• Manage excellent stakeholder relationship
• Deliver batches with maximum throughput.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Build Induction content ensuring periodic updates of the content curated and keep innovating.
• Manage an effective feedback mechanism.
• Excellent time management, ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the tasks assigned.

Pre-requisites

• Phenomenal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning and LMS.
• MS Office - Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Content development and research skills.

eClerx Responsibilities Related to Training

• Evaluate/analyze and identify training needs to meet the program objectives.
• Drive successful delivery of Induction batches.
• Publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Induction.
• Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and the required course
• material.
• Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Induction programs in
• support of the organization's needs.
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and
• practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of the Induction program.
• Conduct specific need-based assessments to support the design, development, and
• delivery of corporate training programs and strategies.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all the sessions conducted in a batch.
• Partner with the stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality sessions.
• Maintain good administration and support in the day-to-day tasks.
• Experience of delivering small sessions and training.
• Should know the basics of training and the importance of body language and gestures
• while delivering a session.
