Role & responsibilities

1. Evaluating effectiveness of training & development programs, formulating and reviewing training strategy and determining appropriate instructional methodologies and formats

2. Providing guidance and leadership to staff in accordance with specified program objectives

3. Mapping business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders in developing and implementing processes in line with the preset guidelines

4. Monitoring the overall functioning of processes and implementing adequate measures to maximize both internal and external customer satisfaction levels

5. Driving change management of training collaterals and SOPs. Ensuring readiness of documents for both internal and external audits

6. Designing growth maps [Continual training plan] for on-floor employees covering all designations up to the level of Senior Process Manager

7. Client engagement: Driving client calibrations and client projects. Effectively communicating the status of projects and activities to the client

8. Designing various processes to drive governance for various KM deliverables. This includes creation of audit mechanism and schedule for internal and external audits. Review mechanism to review the observation identified from the audits conducted and create a plan of action to mitigate impact

9. Conduct TTT for the trainers and contribute in overall development of the team

10. Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refresher training

11. Maintaining Data and MIS as per training requirement

12. Meeting the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets

13. Running awareness drives and knowledge quiz for new hire and on floor employees

Essential skill-set required:

1. The candidate should be proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
2. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. The candidate should possess excellent presentation and facilitation skills
4. Should have detailed knowledge of sounds, syllable stress, phonetics etc
5. Should have detailed knowledge about rules of grammar and effective business writing skills

Work experience required:

1. The candidate should have total of 5 years of total work experience in training
2. The candidate should have minimum of 12 months of experience in delivering training
3. The candidate should know three product repair [Cable, Telephony and Internet]

Formal Qualifications:

Basic

• Graduate or above

Preferred candidate profile

Open to work in US shift (Night shift )

5 Days working 2 days rotational off
