Job Description

Designation - Retainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled employee Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and persuade employees effectively. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is also required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Inform employees about upcoming events, seminars, and learning sessions efficiently, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Use persuasive communication skills to influence employees and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee interactions in an Excel sheet.
  • Utilize basic Excel skills to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address employee needs and improve processes.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, employee satisfaction scores, and engagement goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and generating reports).
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

Please note that this role will be contract for 6 Months, depending upon your performance the contract period will be extended/renewed or permanent role will be offered.


Shift Timings - 10 am to 6pm / 11 am to 7 pm

Notice Period required - Immediate to 30 Days

No. of working days - 5 days working

Education- Masters in Business/ Graduate

Good communication, Knowledge of Hr domains
