Required : Experienced Coder's/QA's/Team Lead's (HCC).

Location : Hyderabad.

Timings : 10AM to 2:30PM. (Monday to Friday)

Certification is Mandatory.

Shift : Day Shift.

Job Description:

1) HCC Coders (1-4yrs):

• Ensure the teams SLA is met. (Turnaround time, quality) 
• Abstract information from medical records and assign appropriate ICD- 10 Codes. 
• Apply knowledge and understanding of anatomy & physiology, ensure ICD codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with ICD-I0 guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with medical coding policies and guidelines. 
• Proficient coding of charts with 100% productivity and more than 90% accuracy. 
• Maintain patient confidentiality and strict adherence to HIPPA. 
• Analyze medical records and identity document deficiencies.
• Mutual coordination with peers regarding the work on daily basis.

Preferred candidate profile

Certification is Mandatory

Immediate Joiners are Preferred

2) HCC QA (5 - 10 yrs) :

5+ years HCC coding experience in coding and auditing.

Should have minimum 1 year on paper experience as Quality Analyst

Active coding credentials through AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory.

Communicate quality issues and trends to the Team lead, Coding Manager and Training Manager.

Adherence to official coding guidelines, coding clinic determinations, client specific coding guidelines, CMS and other regulatory compliance guidelines and mandates.

Must be able to identify trends in coding and documentation errors, to include over and under-coding.

Excellent written and verbal skills to include coaching and interpersonal skills

Preferred candidate profile

*Should carry at least one year in QA on Paper

*Should be able to join immediately

*Should be willing to work from office

*Should be CPC OR CRC Certified

3) HCC Team Lead Preferred candidates:

*Should carry at least one year in experience on Paper

*Should be able to join immediately

*Should be willing to work from office

*Should be CPC OR CRC Certified
