Risk Management, Governance and Compliance

• Exposure to development of Risk Management Framework.
• Understanding the Risk Architecture of the company and enhancing the risk management process.
• Monitoring the credit portfolio of the company.
• Ensuring that various RBI guidelines are implemented and adhered.
• Oversee Operational Risk Management framework of the company and improve the OR process.
• Managing the various regulatory, internal and compliance audits and ensure audit observations are complied.
• Preparation of Risk Management Committee (RMC) presentations and other deliverables.

CA / MBA with 5+ years of experience in NBFC/Banks

Comfortable with managing multiple assignments simultaneously.

Candidate should have exposure to either Credit Risk / Underwriting / Operational Risk/ AuditRole & responsibilities
