Program Manager - Program Manager for new product development
Responsible for the successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction(NTI), Technology Exploration Projects primarily focused on Software/Firmware/connected product development for GEIS Division to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing programs, contracts, and business relationships. Responsibilities will be to maintain ongoing dialogs with all project teams in order to collect schedule and completed milestone information, prepare an ongoing comprehensive view of projects and assignments in a written or online format available for management s use and report and forecast and control on schedules and budgets
A. Manages the complex New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction (NTI), Technology Exploration projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments on division
B. Drive and lead the scrum teams by ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed
C. Establishes objectives and goals and provides direction to the project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment
D. Manage effective customer communications. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Communication and manage customer expectations and contractual commitments internal to the business.
E. Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the project team by coordinating PM reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics and reports.
F. Maintain metrics for project for earned value (CPI/SPI), quality, technical performance and delivery through all of the PROLaunch phases.
G. Coordinates all risks and requirements of the project. This is accomplished by planning, controlling, integrating all project activities and deliverables and measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved.
