Job Overview

We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Eat Better Ventures Pvt Ltd

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads for our healthy snacks business

This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Junior:1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads

Good knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various sources, including social media, online directories, and industry-specific platforms

Contact leads through cold calling, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services

Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and purchasing potential

Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and presentations to potential clients

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the lead generation process and sales techniques
